The evening starts with a presentation in the school hall at 6.00pm, followed by an opportunity to meet our teaching staff and explore all the A Level and BTEC options we offer.

Sixth Form Course Guide
At Walton Sixth Form we offer an abundance of subjects at A Level and BTEC Level 3, these subjects can array from familiar ones you studied at GCSE or subjects which you had never thought about learning before.

Welcome to Walton Sixth Form

We look forward to welcoming both students and parents to our Open Evening for Sixth Form admissions, September 2026.
The evening starts with a presentation in the school hall at 6.00pm, followed by an opportunity to meet our teaching staff and explore all the A Level and BTEC options we offer.
With currently over 200 students, Walton Sixth Form is Stafford’s largest school-based sixth form.
Over two-thirds of our Year, 11 students progress into Sixth Form each year.
We also welcome students from other secondary schools and are joined each year by students from all parts of Staffordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands.
