Important update for Parent Pay
Please be aware that ParentPay have a new updated system.
It is important that after you have topped up “My Account”, you then need to go to “Pay for Items” to allocate the money to the required service.
This is particularly important for lunch money. If you do not complete the process, the money will remain on your “My Account” and will not be available to spend.
There is a tutorial video on the ParentPay website which we recommend you download, this should answer any queries you may have.
